Will review, validate and process all the AP invoices Vendor management, vendor reconciliation and check runs Complete vendor credit applications and create new vendors in system Expense reports, monthly accruals and assist with monthly close Generate and send out monthly billing/invoices Post customer payments and handling monthly collection calls Complete business license applications and renewals Work closely with the Controller on other accounting needs Requirements for the

Accounting Specialist:

BA/BS in preferred or equivalent experience 5 + years of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Intermediate Excel skills (Vlookup/pivots) Strong attention to detail and ability work well in a fast-paced environment
