Bookkeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable QuickBooks Specialist to support our accounting operations on a part-time basis. This role focuses primarily on account reconciliation, ensuring financial records are accurate, complete, and up to date. The ideal candidate has strong experience with QuickBooks and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records Maintain accurate and organized accounting records in QuickBooks Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Review transactions for accuracy and proper classification Collaborate with internal team members or external accountants as needed Generate basic financial reports upon request

Qualifications:

Proven experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred

Schedule:
