Job Description

Provide clerical duties and filing services to the controller and assistant controller.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the Bursar's Office cashier window. Receive student tuition payments and departmental deposits. Collect late payment fees. Provide general information about billing, account balances, and refund checks. Answer telephone calls. Maintain excellent customer service while assisting customers. Perform data entry. Miscellaneous clerical duties assigned by supervisor.
Wage Range:
$16.90 - $17.30 per hour
Available Hours:
12:30pm - 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday
