Job DescriptionJob Description Construction company looking for experienced accounting manager Candidate skills should include, but not be limited to: Maintaining the billing system Certified Payroll Generating invoices and account statements Performing account reconciliations Maintaining accounts receivable files and records Producing monthly financial and management reports Investigating and resolving any irregularities Assisting in general financial management and analysis Strong understanding of releases Experienced in Excel, Quickbooks and Sage Enter payables and respond to vendors on payment status Degree not required but would be preferred. Compensation will be highly competitive based on experience.
