Robert HalfRobert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) practice supporting clients throughout San Mateo County and the Palo Alto area. This full-time opportunity offers the stability of permanent employment while providing exposure to a variety of industries, systems, and accounting environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience processing high-volume invoices, vendor management, reconciliations, and supporting month-end close activities.

ResponsibilitiesProcess and code invoices accurately and in a timely mannerManage vendor relationships and respond to payment inquiriesPrepare and process check runs, ACH, and wire paymentsReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesAssist with month-end close and accruals related to accounts payableMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policiesSupport expense report processing and approval workflowsCollaborate with accounting teams on special projects and process improvements
