Qualifications Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role within corporate or governmental accounting environments. Strong knowledge of GAAP standards and technical accounting principles. Proficiency in multiple accounting software platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or similar tools; experience with Workday or Kronos is a plus. Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Paychex and payroll management best practices. Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; proficiency in 10-key typing is preferred. Solid understanding of financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, account reconciliation, and balance sheet management. Ability to analyze financial data accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
