This long-term contract role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in accounting principles and an aptitude for managing financial transactions. You will play a key role in supporting our accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

Responsibilities:

Process and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions with precision. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting and resolve discrepancies. Utilize QuickBooks to maintain and update financial records consistently. Code invoices and verify their accuracy before processing payments. Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries as needed. Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes. Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to address and resolve billing issues. Maintain organized records of all financial documents and transactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations. Proven experience in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations and financial reporting. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. Ability to accurately code invoices and handle financial data. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and vendors.
