This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys managing financial records, supporting multiple clients or business operations, and delivering accurate financial information in a deadline-driven environment. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will handle a broad range of bookkeeping and accounting functions, including reconciliations, journal entries, payroll support, financial reporting, and routine filings. This is a long-term opportunity with a stable and growing organization that values professionalism, accuracy, accountability, and strong client service. This position is well-suited for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, accounting transactions, and supporting documentation. Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts. Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports for accuracy and completeness. Process payroll and assist with payroll-related filings as needed. Prepare sales tax and other routine regulatory filings. Record journal entries, support month-end and year-end close activities, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$28 to $70 per hour, depending on experience.
Annual salary range:
$58,240 to $145,600 per year.
