What You'll Do:
Process daily cash receipts and apply payments accurately to customer accountsGenerate and distribute customer invoices in a timely mannerMonitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balancesResearch and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account inquiriesReconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with internal departments to ensure timely invoice processing and collectionsAssist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivableSupport reporting and maintain strong internal controls over receivablesWhat We're Looking For:
