full-time About the Company The Accounting Staff / Accountant will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations with a focus on Accounts Payable functions, financial data management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. About the Role The Accounting Staff / Accountant will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations with a focus on Accounts Payable functions, financial data management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment. Responsibilities Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable (A/P) processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation Maintain accurate accounting records and financial data in Microsoft Business Central Support monthly closing activities and prepare accounting reports Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounting-related matters Assist with wire transfers, expense reports, and account reconciliations Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a trading business environment Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Experience using Microsoft Business Central is required Minimum 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience Experience in the Trading industry is required International Trading industry experience is highly preferred Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Required Skills Strong attention to detail Organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment Preferred Skills Experience in the Trading industry International Trading industry experience Pay range and compensation package 65K-75K
