Job DescriptionJob Description Job Summary We are a leading commercial real estate company seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Accounting Assistant to join our team as an Independent Contractor. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company's compliance with all legal requirements. This position offers flexible hours within an in-office setting
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks. Process accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements. Manage expense reports and reimbursements. Handle any other bookkeeping-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks is required. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Good communication skills and a team player mindset. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Schedule & Benefits:
