Handle processing shipments daily. This position may require working outside of the office and additional hours per day to successfully meet our needs. The office admin needs to be accountable and must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty listed below.
Essential Duties:
Build new relationships to increase sales/provide services as well as contact existing accounts. Minimize lost business to achieve sales growth according to company's set goals in assigned territory. Set up meetings, scheduling deliveries, etc. Be informed of market conditions, competitors' products, prices, and sales. Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability. Drive personal vehicle to office, conventions, company meetings, etc. Communicate debt and collect accounts receivable when necessary. Communicate with warehouse to check inventory then communicate with the sales team Participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits, and customer events. Manage orders Other duties may be assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), Bachelor's Degree is preferred 1 year office administration or customer service preferred
  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong follow-up skills and work ethics
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong PC skills, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint Resides or is willing & able to relocate to the geographical vicinity of territory Valid driver's license with a "clean" driving record (including: no DUI in the last 3 years and no multiple DUIs within the last 7 years) Ability to read, write, speak English.
