Part-Time | 15-30 Hours per Week Job Description We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office & Accounting Assistant to support daily administrative and accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working in a collaborative environment, and providing strong organizational support across office and financial functions. The ideal candidate will have experience with office administration, customer service, data entry, and basic accounting support including accounts payable and receivable. Duties and Responsibilities Provide general administrative and office support Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers professionally Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems and records Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports Support payroll and bookkeeping tasks as needed Reconcile statements and assist with reporting functions Schedule appointments and coordinate office activities Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information Support daily office operations and team workflow as needed Qualifications Previous administrative and/or accounting support experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel and Outlook Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
