Corporate Bookkeeper at Ledgent Finance & Accounting Corporate Bookkeeper at Ledgent Finance & Accounting in Ventura, California Posted in about 9 hours ago. $26.00 - $28.00 per hour We're seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Bookkeeper to join a well-established nonprofit organization in Ventura County. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys a hands-on role and wants to contribute to a mission-driven organization. Responsibilities Process and code invoices accurately Maintain corporate cash balances and accounting records Assist with check processing and payment functions Organize and maintain financial documentation Support audits and financial reporting deadlines Help improve accounting processes and internal controls Qualifications Bachelor's degree + 2 years of accounting experience, OR Associate degree + 3 years of accounting experience, OR High School diploma + 4 years of accounting experience Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills Knowledge of construction accounting or property management preferred Experience with nonprofit and multi-funded organizations is a plus
