(www.megalogisticinc.com), a fast-growing logistics and warehousing company in the City of Industry, is seeking a Full-Time Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience, excellent QuickBooks skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounting functions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts Process customer invoices and payments in QuickBooks Process payroll through ADP Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports Coordinate with external CPAs and auditors for year-end closing and tax filings Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local requirements Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Full-Charge Bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong QuickBooks experience (Enterprise preferred) Experience with AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Able to work independently and as part of a team High level of integrity and confidentiality Logistics or warehousing industry experience is a plus Must be authorized to work in the U.S. What We Offer Full-time position with a growing company Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement
