Job Description
Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist (Mandarin required) Job Responsibilities The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for daily accounting tasks and financial data entry, including: Perform basic accounting functions using QuickBooks Online (QBO). Assist with accounts payable and cash management activities. Review and verify bills, reconcile accounts, and organize financial records. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and data summaries. Maintain accurate and timely financial records and ensure all financial information is properly recorded. Qualifications 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience in the logistics industry preferred. Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data organization. Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to work with accuracy. Basic English communication skills are required, flurent in Mandarin. We look forward to having you join our team!
