Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm | Friday 8:30am-3:30pm
Pay:
$21-$22/hr A growing manufacturing company is seeking an Entry-Level Accounting Specialist for a temp to hire opportunity. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and build a career in accounting and operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Process approximately 100 invoices weekly across AP and AR
  • Match, batch, and post accounts payable invoices
  • Post cash receipts and payments
  • Run aging reports
  • Set up new vendors
  • Assist with freight bills and manufacturing bills of material
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of accounting or administrative experience
  • Strong attendance and punctuality
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic Excel knowledge with willingness to learn advanced functions
  • NetSuite experience is a plus, but not required The company is looking for someone motivated, dependable, and ready to grow with the team.
Client is open to someone entry level who is eager to learn and grow in accounting.
