Our mission is to create avenues to stable housing for our community's homeless adults, from a foundation of safe shelter and supportive services. All Roads has a strong culture of collaboration, communication, creativity, compassion, and support, which yields an inclusive and engaging dynamic within the organization. Position Summary The Accounting Lead supports the organization's financial operations through accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient processing of financial transactions. This role works closely with leadership and external partners to ensure financial integrity and compliance. Primary Responsibilities - Prepare grant revenue and forecasting files Record program and grant revenues; reconcile development revenue Maintain integrity of accounts and grant receivables schedules; follow up on overdue invoices Monitor and reconcile deferred revenue Reconcile bank and investment accounts Support annual audit by preparing working papers and documentation Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Associates Degree in Accounting or 2 years of hands-on experience Self-starter able to meet deadlines and solve problems Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) We value collaboration and resiliency. Physical Demands:
This position is in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. It is primarily sedentary work requiring the ability to lift up to twenty pounds. Onsight role - 5 days per week. Office location is in Gunbarrel (near Boulder, CO)
Compensation:
