We're looking for a dependable and detail-driven Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing payments, maintain accurate financial records, and support our accounting operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing numbers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment. What You'll Do Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely vendor payments Generate customer invoices and manage accounts receivable collections Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve billing issues Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems Post payments and prepare daily deposits Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments professionally Assist with month-end closing and reporting processes Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts Support accounting and administrative projects as needed What We're Looking For A minimum of 6 months A/P-A/R experience Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Professional attitude with a team-first mindset What We Offer Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance Voluntary Life Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability Supplemental Health 401k with Company Match Paid Vacation, Holidays and Sick Associate Discounts and more!
