- $29 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid sick time Qualifications Accurate transaction records management Financial records management Attention to detail Full Job Description GrafXGroup LLC is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial operations of our group of printing, fine art, custom framing, and trade show graphics businesses.

- Primary Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable, including making bank deposits, recording payments and following up on past-due accounts.
- Prepare and send customer invoices and credit memos, understanding sales tax requirements.
- Manage accounts payable, including entering bills, confirming approvals, and preparing payments.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts.
- Maintain accurate and current financial records.
- Review transactions for proper coding and supporting documentation.
- Gather and organize employee hours, deductions, and other information for submission to the company's payroll provider.
- Gather and organize retail delivery information for the company's sales tax professional.
- Assist with month-end activities and provide reports or documentation to management and outside accounting professionals as required.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper financial records.
- Research and help resolve billing, payment, and account discrepancies.
- Perform other bookkeeping and administrative duties as needed. Qualifications
- At least two years of bookkeeping or related accounting experience.
- Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency with QBO and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential financial and employee information appropriately.
- Strong follow-through and the ability to work independently.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Experience supporting a manufacturing, printing, or project-based business is helpful but not required.
Pay:
$26.00- $29.
