Ensures accurate cash application to invoices and account reconciliation. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
Follows established procedures for cash application and account reconciliations. Chargeback research and resolution management. Holding monthly meetings with GMs regarding missing or uncollected COD Performs routine follow-up on COD customers and applies payments as necessary. Reconciles customer balances with a focus on resolving payment discrepancies. Ensure that customer payments are accurately applied to invoices for purposes of reconciling accounts and preparing updated customer correspondence and accurate statements. Generates reports of significant outstanding balances. Review and apply select customer payments Daily balancing of all Cash and Credit Card Payments Review and research unapplied cash or credit payments in select cases Review and provide input and insight for collection reports summaries, including those that measure the process against stated targets, and delinquent customer reports Archiving, records retention, and audit support Escalate unresolved issues/concerns Work with plant shippers/batchers to ensure proper procedures are being done. Education:
High school diploma or GED required Required Work Experience:
3-5 years required Required Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred. Additional Requirements:
Must have advanced Excel skills Analytical mindset Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
