Job Description

Our client, a growing residential construction company, is seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Coordinator to support both the financial and administrative operations of the business. This is a highly visible role that combines bookkeeping, project coordination, customer communication, vendor management, and office administration.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, deposits, and invoice processing.
  • Track project costs, maintain financial records, and assist with reporting and tax-related documentation
  • Coordinate homeowner communications, selections, change orders, walk-throughs, and closings.
  • Prepare, submit, and track permits, Certificates of Occupancy, utility requests, and other construction-related documentation.
  • Maintain subcontractor and vendor records, including W-9s and Certificates of Insurance.
  • Support scheduling, project documentation, office operations, inventory, and supplies.
  • Serve as a key administrative resource for ownership, field staff, vendors, and customers.
