Maintain accurate daily financial transactions following each client's schedule Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Organize and maintain historical financial records (scanning, filing, digital organization) Ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date Comply with federal, state, and local accounting regulations Use your unique talents and strengths to enhance our team culture Hours & Benefits Full-time, 40 hours per week
Pay:
While in training, the pay is $22. Once training has been completed, and based on previous experience, the pay range for this job is $22-$32/hour All necessary tools and technology provided Retirement plan Health insurance stipend Paid holidays and vacation time Qualifications Positive, happy, energetic personality Strong listening skills and a team-oriented mindset Self-starter who can work independently when needed Strong computer literacy Excellent attention to detail Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems Experience with accounts payable/receivable highly preferred Experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop a major advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe preferred If you're ready to join a team that values your growth, your personality, and your love of numbers, we'd love to hear from you.
