Job Description

Bookkeeper CFS is partnering with a repeat client in the manufacturing industry who's looking to add a Bookkeeper to join their finance department. This is a newly created position due to growth.
Salary:
$70-80k+ (paid hourly)
Location:

Bookkeeper:
Responsible to enter, post, and reconcile General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions Responsible to perform routine account and payment reconciliations Responsible to prepare and review A/R and A/P aging reports Responsible to purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by management Responsible to record cash receipts and make bank deposits Responsible to maintain and reconcile the petty cash fund Responsible to manage the collection efforts and calls for A/R Responsible to respond to credit inquiries from internal and external sources Responsible to research and resolve A/R and A/P issues with customers and vendors Responsible to transact routine inventory transactions per company mandated procedures and protocol Responsible to provide clerical and administrative support to management as required Responsible to interface with multiple department and management staff Other duties as required Preferred experience of the
Bookkeeper:
