Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments while maintaining compliance with financial policies and procedures. Duties Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process Process payments for materials, subcontractors, and vendors Ensure accurate job cost coding, lien waivers, and invoice matching Review invoices and verify subcontractor compliance documentation Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Ensure timely and accurate payment processing Maintain organized financial records and support accounting operations as needed Skills Experience with Sage 300 & Sage Paperless 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience within the construction industry Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Join us as a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist and be part of a team that values precision, efficiency, and professional growth!
