Receivable Clerk:

We are looking for an Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk to join our growing team! Day-to-day tasks include posting invoices, reconciling statements, and preparing accounts for payment. Benefits for Accounts Payable /

Receivable Clerk:

Post invoices Reconcile statements Disburse checks Balance statements and finalize data Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks Process Daily Deposits Run Monthly Receivable statements Call on aging receivables Qualifications for Accounts Payable /

Receivable Clerk:

Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team Accounting degree (preferred, not required) Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership
