AP Clerk

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk to join our finance team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and supporting the financial health of our operations. Responsibilities Process and verify invoices using accounting software such as QuickBooks, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Perform account reconciliation and double-entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records Manage vendor inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and communicate effectively to facilitate timely payments Assist with month-end closing procedures, including account analysis and reconciliation of accounts payable Maintain organized records of all AP transactions, supporting audit readiness. Requirements 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Desktop, INNERGY) Strong understanding of three-way matching, inventory-related invoicing, and cost allocation Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills for vendor and internal team interactions Join us to be part of a team that values precision, integrity, and continuous improvement. Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
