About Us Fiscal Wisdom Wealth Management is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Financial Advisor Assistant to join our growing team. This role is based in our Litchfield, CT office and offers the opportunity to work closely with advisors in supporting clients as they pursue their financial goals. Position Overview The Financial Advisor Assistant plays a key role in supporting advisors and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This position is heavily client-service focused, with the majority of time dedicated to handling advisor and client requests, maintaining relationships, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities Support financial advisors in onboarding new clients and maintaining ongoing client relationships Respond promptly and professionally to client and advisor requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information Anticipate potential issues and escalate concerns to the appropriate team members (Office Manager, Advisor, Compliance, or Director) Coordinate with internal departments to resolve support issues efficiently and follow through to completion Prioritize and manage time-sensitive matters effectively Provide high-quality phone support to clients and prospective clients Schedule and coordinate client meetings and appointments Maintain a strong understanding of compliance regulations, firm policies, products, and technology; clearly communicate requirements to clients when necessary Utilize firm technology systems to provide accurate and timely information to clients and internal teams Prepare and manage client correspondence in accordance with firm policies and procedures Assist with marketing initiatives, including client events, seminars, and campaigns Support branch operations as needed, including administrative and operational tasks Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting functions as required Contribute to overall office efficiency by taking on additional responsibilities as needed Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of office administration experience required Prior experience in financial services, banking, or accounting preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel (advanced Excel skills strongly preferred) Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Work Environment This position is based in-office in Litchfield, CT.
