Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job description We are looking for a skilled /Accounts Receivable/Payables Specialist Responsibilities include but not limited to Duties include processing sales orders, daily billing of customer shipments Accounts Receivable duties include processing and monitoring incoming payments, posting receipts, facilitate timely payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients Accounts Payables duties include creating and receiving purchase orders, processing and paying vendor invoices Verify discrepancies and resolve issues Skills Proven working experience as accounts in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software Proficiency in English and in MS Office High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Rate of pay is commensurate with experience Will consider both full time and part time candidates
