Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly by preparing ingredients for our dishes and serving customers in a timely manner. This position requires a passion for food, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, upbeat, and enjoys working with people in a lively retail setting. Someone who will make engaging with guests the focus of their day.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as per the menu specifications. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation. Support the kitchen team with various tasks, including cleaning utensils and equipment. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times. Ensure all food handling and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Job Requirements:

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and meal preparation techniques. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Proficiency in knife handling is preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for cooking and an eagerness to learn new techniques. Cash handling experience is preferred Ability to work weekends is required .
