Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities Available, $30-$38/HR Position Overview We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeepers for temporary and contract opportunities with our clients. This posting is intended to build a pipeline of qualified accounting professionals for upcoming openings. Candidates should possess strong bookkeeping skills, experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to manage multiple accounting functions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and balance sheet accounts. Prepare and post journal entries. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities. Generate financial reports and maintain supporting documentation. Process payroll and payroll-related reporting, as needed. Manage invoicing, collections, and vendor payments. Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures. Support audits and special projects as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop). Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general accounting principles. Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses. Knowledge of payroll processing and sales tax reporting.
