Job Description
Experienced, self-motivated reliable bookkeeper needed to perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, billing and general ledger accounting duties, for busy New London law firm. This position regularly performs reconciliation and balancing routines to ensure that the firm's books are accurate. The bookkeeper performs monthly and year end reporting and assists the Firm Administrator with varied other duties. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years double entry bookkeeping experience, experience outside of QuickBooks, strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, prior experience in payroll using ADP Workforce, strong follow through and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
