Pay:
$25-30 a hour, based on experience

This positions offers medical, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO Our client, a well-known nonprofit organization with a strong mission-driven culture, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with Sage Intacct experience. This is a contract opportunity with the potential for extension or conversion. Requirements 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably within a nonprofit organization Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct (required) Experience processing 20+ invoices per month Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and cash applications Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Job Description:
Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections Process and track 20+ invoices monthly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Apply cash receipts and reconcile discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records within Sage Intacct Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues Assist with month-end close and AR reporting Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and internal policies Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
