Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team based in Penrose and play a key role in strengthening our procure-to-pay processes. This role suits someone who enjoys ownership and continuous improvement. As we introduce a new AP automation tool, you will be hands-on in managing both automated and manual invoice processing, improving system performance and supporting managers and team members as they adopt new workflows. Key Responsibilities Process domestic and international supplier invoices (Automation + manual exception handling), including staff reimbursement and internal recharges Ensure invoices are coded, approved, and processed accurately and on time Manage supplier master data with strong governance controls Prepare payment batches, uploading bank files and reconciling payments Supporting month-end close: AP reconciliation, GRNI, accruals Respond to supplier and internal payment queries Contribute to AP automation refinement, testing and continuous improvement Train new managers and team on AP processes and best practices Assist with vehicle fleet administration You will bring: 2-3+ experience in Accounts Payable Experience with AP automation systems is essential Experience processing overseas payments Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational and time management skills Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within a team Why Join Hydraulink?
