Full Charge Bookkeeper ( real estate)

Bookkeeper - Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to handle daily accounting operations and support accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable working with financial data in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Record and maintain daily financial transactions with accuracy Support month-end close, including preparation of P&L and balance sheet reports Maintain and update the general ledger, identifying and resolving discrepancies Communicate with vendors, internal teams, and external accountants as needed Requirements 2-5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Rent Manager experience a plus. Experience with reconciliations and general ledger management Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets Solid understanding of core accounting principles High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines and work independently Preferred Experience Background in real estate or property management bookkeeping Experience managing multi-entity books

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
