Job Description

Accounts Receivable/Camp Registrar Location:
Big Pine Key, FL Position Type:
Full-time, on-site Join our team at Seacamp Association, Inc. , a unique marine science education and summer camp program in the beautiful Florida Keys. We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable/Camp Registrar to support our administrative and financial operations year-round. Position Overview The Accounts Receivable / Camp Registrar position manages the day-to-day financial processes that keep our camp running smoothly. This position handles invoicing, payments and document verification/ recordkeeping, while assisting with reporting, budgeting, and office support. The ideal candidate enjoys organization, accuracy, and working as part of a small, mission-driven team. Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable including invoicing, payment tracking, document collection and follow-up with families and schools
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions in Sage 100 (or comparable accounting software)
  • Prepare bank deposits and monthly reconciliation reports
  • Support payroll and accounts payable as needed
  • Maintain organized financial records and assist with annual reporting
  • Provide administrative support to Business Manager as needed Qualifications
  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or business office management (nonprofit experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in Sage 100 (preferred) and Microsoft Excel
  • Provide customer service and correspondence via phone and email to families, schools, and vendors
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred Schedule & Benefits
