Job Description
GulfScapes Landscape Management is seeking an Office Assistant to join our growing Commercial Landscape Management Company. GulfScapes is a full-service landscape company that has been providing quality landscape services in Collier and South Lee Counties since 2008. We are looking for a positive and motivated person to join our team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer incoming calls Input accounts payable and receivable Assist with completing and maintaining paperwork on newly hired and existing employees General filing Weekly payroll entryRequirements:
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Strong phone and customer communication skills 1 year minimum experience QuickBooks Online Experience with Microsoft Office Ability to work independently with a high level of personal accountability and time management skills Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not requiredJob Type:
