Job Description

Job DescriptionJob Description Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for all functions of Accounts Payable including but not limited to A/P and bank reconciliations. This position requires A/P experience, bank reconciliation experience, accounting knowledge, customer service, and administrative duties. Applicant must be self-motivated and able to work in a very fast paced environment. Attention to detail is a must! Knowledge of bank reconciliations is a must!
Responsibilities:
High volume of bank reconciliations Preparing and issuing checks Recording and verifying manual payments and ACH payments Verifying outstanding balances Updating billing information Checking the accuracy of transactions and payment requests Recording Accounts Payable Scanning and saving invoices and check copies Preparing Annual proposed budgets Performing data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
Previous Accounts Payable experience required Bank reconciliation experience required Must be proficient in Excel and Word Experience with Condominium and HOA accounting preferred Enumerate experience a plus Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Company DescriptionVictory Accounting Services, Inc. specializes in accounting for Condominium and Homeowner Associations.
