Bookkeeper

Randstad is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper for a very well established and growing manufacturer headquartered in Deerfield Beach, FL. This critical role manages the complete accounting cycle to maintain accurate financial records and support strategic decision-making. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a full benefits package, PTO, paid company holiday week and bonus structure.

salary:

$65,000 - $80,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30

PMeducation:

BachelorsResponsibilities Manage the full bookkeeping cycle, including daily transaction recording, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.

Process all aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Prepare and process payroll, calculating wages, deductions, and benefits in compliance with regulations.

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to inform management and business decisions.

Maintain accurate records for inventory and fixed assets, and assist in budgeting/forecasting activities.

Coordinate with external accountants and auditors during tax preparation and financial audits.
