Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, performing reconciliations, and supporting day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily AP and AR transactionsRecord and maintain accurate financial transactionsPerform bank and account reconciliationsPrepare invoices, payments, and depositsAssist with month-end close and financial reportingMaintain organized accounting records and documentationAssist with payroll and other accounting-related tasks as neededWork with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
