Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Process invoices and vendor payments Assist with payroll and employee records Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing Maintain organized financial documentation Work closely with management to ensure accurate reporting

Qualifications:

3-6+ years of bookkeeping experience Strong proficiency with QuickBooks (Required) Experience in construction, roofing, or impact windows & doors preferred (not required) Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
