In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your expertise will support our organization's financial health, providing clarity through detailed reporting and meticulous reconciliation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical accounting skills in a collaborative environment dedicated to growth and excellence. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including journal entries, account reconciliation, and ledger maintenance using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms.. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently, ensuring timely payments and collections. Work with accountants and inventory manager to accurately reconcile purchase orders, delivery tickets and invoices. Experience Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably within construction environments. Basic knowledge of accounting principles such as double entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, and account analysis. Hands-on experience with popular accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage or similar tools. Familiarity with governmental accounting standards and public accounting practices is a plus.
