Full Job Description Salary:

AB_5039556 This is a contract to hire opportunity for Accounting Associate to join a well established manufacturing company. Provide accounting support within the accounting department including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, posting journal entries, reconciliations, preparing for month-end closing procedures.

$25 - $27 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM education: Associate Responsibilities Reconcile bank statements to accounting general ledger Assist accounting personnel with general accounting duties Verify, organize and store company financial records on approved company shared drives Deposit checks and post payments to the general ledger Investigate accounting discrepancies Cross train to provide back up support for issuing vendor payments Reconcile general ledger balance sheet accounts Special projects as assigned Assist in preparation of department procedural manual as needed Assist with month end close and ensure all deadlines are metPrepares analysis of accounts, as required EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE
