Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a contract Accounts Payable Analyst to support LATAM operations with payment reviews, reconciliations, and compliance initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced AP detail oriented who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across international teams. The ideal candidate will have strong Accounts Payable experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to perform detailed audit-style payment reviews while ensuring compliance with established procedures. Experience with vendor maintenance, reconciliations, ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration is highly valued. experience in candidates should be fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Portuguese language skills and experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems are a plus.
