Accounts Payable Clerk

Job DescriptionJob Description AP person needed to support all aspects of the accounting department functions inclusive of but not limited to: Receive, review and process accounts payable invoices. Ensure accuracy of process with correct cost coding. Reconciliation of vendor /subcontractor statements. Provide problem resolution assistance between vendor and purchasing department to resolve discrepancies. Perform all tasks related to accounts payable in an accurate and timely manner. Complete other tasks as assigned. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience, be a team player, have excellent skills in MS Office, Excel and able to accurately communicate and write in the English language.
