Job Description

Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant About the Position NSB Realty Team is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to support our property management and community association operations. This is a part-time position (approximately 30 hours per week) working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. There is potential for the role to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities independently while providing excellent service to clients, owners, residents, and vendors. Responsibilities Manage bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and record keeping Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document management, and correspondence Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with customer inquiries Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Support daily office operations and property management activities Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information appropriately Conduct property inspections and make occasional local deliveries Assist with community association and real estate administrative tasks as needed QualificationsRequired Experience using AppFolio property management software Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge Previous experience in bookkeeping, administrative support, office management, or a similar role Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred Experience working with a homeowners association (HOA), condominium association, property management company, or real estate office What We Offer Part-time schedule with consistent daytime hours Opportunity for professional growth and advancement Collaborative and supportive team environment If you are a proactive professional who enjoys keeping operations organized, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
