Accounting Assistant

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant with automotive industry experience to join our team. • Reconcile bank statements on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial reports and support the monthly closing process
• Maintain and update accounting records and files
• Assist with general accounting duties and help solve problems as they arise
• Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline processes and tackle ad-hoc tasks Qualifications
• Experience working in the automotive industry is strongly preferred (familiarity with dealership financials and processes is ideal)
• Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role (preferably 1+ years)
• Strong understanding of bank statement reconciliation
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaborate well with a team
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus but not required Why Join Us
