Job Description

Orlando area company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The company is looking for a minimum of 3+ years of experience. Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist will include, but not limited to the following.
  • Construction Industry experience required
  • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Balance and maintain account ledgers; reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Monitor office expenses, verify receipts, and maintain expense records
  • Pay vendor invoices and track account balances
  • Reconcile and review credit card transactions
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Collaborate with team members to meet accounting and reporting deadlines
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
