Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m•5:00 p.m. (On‑site)
Compensation:
$41,600•49,920 annually (equivalent to $20•24/hour , based on experience) About the Role We're seeking a dependable Accounts Payable / Bookkeeping professional to support our team with accurate, timely financial processing and essential administrative duties. In this role, you'll help ensure each client's account remains balanced and within budget while keeping day‑to‑day office services running smoothly. What You'll Do Process client bill payments and complete payment/deposit requests on behalf of Clients. Track, monitor, and reconcile Client finances for adults and minors to approved budgets; prepare reports and perform accurate data entry. Address the backlog of case notes and complete coding tasks to keep records current and audit‑ready. Manage the mailing of checks and assist with monthly vendor payments . Support variable client account activities and timely document uploads to maintain complete files. Coordinate basic travel logistics and provide administrative support to staff to keep office services uninterrupted. Work independently within established policies, rules, and guidelines , exercising sound judgment to obtain solutions.
What You'll Bring Education:
High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of related training/experience).
Experience:
3 + year in accounts payable and/or bookkeeping
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); comfort working in standard office/ERP systems.
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational, interpersonal, and time‑management skills; ability to work with diverse groups and maintain confidentiality.
Other:
