Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the company's financial record-keeping, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Your expertise in accounting concepts will drive the integrity of our financial data, support strategic decision-making, and maintain smooth financial operations. Duties Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Perform general ledger accounting and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other balance sheet accounts regularly to maintain accurate financial records. Prepare and review journal entries, account analysis, and ledger reconciliations to ensure data integrity. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks. Conduct monthly financial report writing, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for internal review and external reporting. Perform detailed account reconciliation tasks including general ledger reconciliation and account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors promptly. Experience Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar bookkeeping role with comprehensive knowledge of corporate accounting principles. Extensive hands-on experience with QuickBooks. Strong understanding of GAAP standards and double-entry bookkeeping techniques. Demonstrated ability in bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, journal entries, and general ledger management.
